This is a gantt chart I created to allow me to progress through the production of my script in time, sticking to a schedule. It includes all tasks I must complete and when I must complete them by. For example:
- Contingencies: I have place contingencies in areas shown above because these tasks may take longer than expended, for example, they need more detail or require feedback to improve the tasks, such as creating drafts for my script.
- Milestones: I have placed milestones in areas shown above in places such as planning the script, finishing the script, and completing M1 and D1 as these are tasks which require me to finish before I can move on to the next task or finish the project as a whole.
